Steve (our founder) grew up around small businesses. From a family lumber company to self-employed trades and operators, he saw firsthand what it takes to carry payroll, manage risk, and keep projects moving.
Before launching Odyssey in 2022, Steve worked at Ernst & Young, earned his CPA license, and advised companies ranging from startups to billion-dollar enterprises.
